Nitin Dhemre has almost 20 years of experience working at the intersection of technology and media. He has worked in television, advertising, banking, innovation, and now has his own start-up.
Nitin started his career in television, working for the Newscorp owned STAR in India. Always interested in technology, he was a key member of the first content convergence initiative launched by STAR in India. He then spent some time in advertising, his last assignment being launching BMW in India.
In 2008, Nitin moved to France to pursue his MBA at HEC Paris, focusing on innovation and marketing. This led to a seven year stint at Société Générale – one of the biggest banks in France, working on building digital banking products for both web and mobile. In this role, Nitin worked on digital banking projects in 14 countries across Europe and Africa.
In 2017, Nitin launched his startup – ARdictive – with the stated goal of using technology to make understanding easier. ARdictive creates augmented and virtual reality content and tools, and works with clients in various fields, like cultural heritage, finance and asset management, heavy industry, etc.
